One word further.

The biographical sketches contained in this book are based upon data furnished by the men themselves.

The pictures are reproductions of recent photographs.

The book is sent out to be of prompt service everywhere when the engraving room is ready, the presses are waiting and a citizen of prominence in New England has suddenly become important in the news of the country. ,
