The following is hereby established by the City Council as follows:


AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE TENURE OF OFFICE OF THE HARBOR MASTER


Be it ordained by the City Council as follows:


Sec. 1. Upon the adoption of this act the City Council shall elect a harbor master who shall serve for a period of three years.
