Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and assess a sum of money to be used for the preparation of

The Board of Selectmen may make additional rules, regulations and restrictions which shall be expressed in all licenses. Said licenses may be revoked at pleasure, and shall be subject to Sec- tions 202 to 205 inclusive of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, relating to the issuing of certain licenses, as provided in the General Laws, Chapter 140, Section 54, except that societies, associations or corporations organized solely for religious or charitable purposes and their agents shall not be required to pay a fee for such licenses," or do or act.
