Section 115B provides that whoever uses any trick or other devis for uptime of für bearing animus, which is not ·designed to kill such animal at once ou to take it inbuurt and which is likely to cause continued suffering to au ammer caught therein, shall be fined fifty dollars, but traps or other divices for protection of property, set not more than fifty youls from any build- ing, cultivated plot, or enclosures used for rearing poultry or game birds, to the use of which the presence of vermin may be detrimental, are excluded from the application of this section. Section 105 b. provides for the submission to the voters at a municipal election in any city of town upon petition, of the question of whether it shall be again operative in suche city or town.


Lection 1142 provides that the Commissioner O' Conservation may suspend the operation 01 section 105B for a Renod not exceeding thirty days within any specified territory under the control of his département. This law amends gen Laws, Chap 131, as previously amended, by repealing section 105a there of ant adding there to three new sections, 105 B, 105 b, and 114a.
