M. then and there to action the following articles.

To see if the Town will vote to instruct the sealer of Weights and measures to seal, free of charge, all scales, weights, and measures brought to his house or office, or act anything thereon. To see if the Town will vote to petition the Bureau of Statistics for an audit of its accounts and the installation of an accounting system in accordance with Chapter 545, acts of 1910, ar comended by Chapter 706, acts of 1913.

art. 18 To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 807 of the acts of 1913, being an act to provide for compensating laborers, workmen and mechanics for injuries sustained in public employment, and to exempt from legal liability countries and municipial corporations which pay such compensation, or act anything thereon. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Section 42 of Chapter 514 of the acts of 1909, as affected by chapter 494 of the acts of 1911, which provides that eight hours shall constitute a day's work for city or Down employees, or act anything thereon.
