Greeting: In the name of the Commonwealth as aforesaid, you are hereby required to notify and war the legal voters of said Chelmsford to meet in the Upper Town Hall, at Chelmsford Centre on Tuesday, the thirteenth day of april, 1935 at eight o'clock in the evening, then and there to act on the following articles, viz.

To see if the Town will vote to recind the vote of the voters taken under Article 16, in the Harrant for the Annual Town meeting held March 11, 1935, or act in relation thereto.

The meeting was called to order by Shatter terham and the Town Click was requested to read the Starrant, after the Tarrant was partly read on a motion made by John C. Monahan, it was voted to waive the further reading of the Harrant.

On a motion made by Stewart Mac gay, it was voted to recind the vote taken under article 16, in the warrant for the Annual Town meeting held on March 11, 1935, regard the construction of the Billerica food so-called


Under article Two


On a motion made by Stewart Mac Day, it was voted to request the Department of Public Works of the 7


Commonwealth of Massachusetts to submit to the Secretary of agriculture, a project for the improvement of Billerica Street from the Billerica Line to the Giverneck Road, for construction,

with funds apportioned to the Commonwealth, under Section 204 of the National Industrial Recovery Act, and will agree with said. Department and the Secretary of agriculture that the town there- after, at its own cost and expense, will maintain the project, in a manner satisfactory to said det. artment and Secretary of Agriculture or their authorized representatives, and will, each year, make ample provision for such maintainance, and that the board of Selectmen be authorized to sign such a request and agreement in behalf of the Town.
