Vetterson it was voted to authorize the Town Treasurer, in behalf of the Inhabitants of the Town of Chelmsford To acknowledge satisfaction of a bond or bonds, and to execute and deliver at Wischange of a Mortgage or mortgages given to the said Town under provisions of Chapter 1187 with amendments thereto of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the kaid mortgage or his or her heirs, executors, administrator or assigns upon payment to the Town of the Penal sum of the bound, or the amount of the assistance rendered under the provisions of said Chapter .
