At a Special buting of the Inhabitants of the Form of Chelmsford qualified to vote in form offino, fuld pursuant to warrant duly posted, said meeting held at the buffer from All of Chelmsford Center Sept 2 1930 at 8 P.m. The meeting was called to order by Moderator Walter Parham and by order of the Induction the warrant was partly read , when Selection Brown bude a motion to waive the further reading of the warrant and it was so votid.


Under article #1- On a motor made by Archie Cooke, it was voted to transfor from the account entitled" Fund for the purchase of a highway truck " to the account entitled " food for the first shown system" sex hundred dollars.


Under Article # 2. Un a burtin made by Selectman Brown , it was voted to transfer and appropriate from the fund entitled " found for the punchurch of a highway truck " $540.00 to be used for the Sempre of printing the Prom Hall of North Chickens ford


Under article #3- Frank J. Lupin mode a motion that the Tom vote to give the Control and supervision of the garage and the land necessarily incident themeto, located on Washington Street in both Chhorsford to the Board of Selectmen. This notion was defeated. The vote was questimed and the humanita asked that show voten river, not a singer vote.
