Article Three: To see if the Town will vote to establish & Planning Brand under the pro. essons of Juvenal Laws, Chapt 41, Section 81A and 8/F to 815 Inclusive, with asmund ments that have been made to these sections I said chapter; or act in relation thursto. article Four:


To one of the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of (50) Fifty Dollars for the preparation of a going salume under the direction of the Planning Brand; or act in relation thirets. article Five: To see if the Town with authorize the Selectionas to act as its agent in any Suit or suite which may arise during the current year, with authority to settle and adjust any claims or demande for or against the Lowon ; and to employ Counsel Whenever in their judgement it is Necessary; on oct in relation thereto.


article Sur : To see if the Town will authorize the Treasures , with the approval of the Selection to borrow money in anticipation of the revenues of the current (year ) (financial) or act in relation thereto.


article Seven : To see if the Town will vote to Maise and appropriate a sum not excluding two Thousand ( 2000) Hollow to be used as a Reserve Finne at the discretion of the Finance Board , as provided in Grund Lows , Chapt Ho Scoture 6; or act in relation thanits.

article Time: To see if the Form will vote to raise and appenprite a certain sum of money to purchase a typewriter, supplies and other equipment for the purpose of installing a New system in the assessore Department; on oct in relation thereto.

article Twelve: To see if the Town will vote to accept Fairmount st at laid out by the Selection as shown by their report and plan duly filed in the office the Town club; or act in relation thenuts.

article Fifteen: To see if the Town will vote to lasse and appropriate the sun of One Hundred ($100,00) follows or some other sum In the purpose of reconstructing spring st; or act in relation thisto.
