Pursuant to an order of the selectmen Dated March 27th 1732 wee the subscribers two of the said selectmen with Messst Jacob Hasey & Daniel Watts met with Messi Richard Mower and Daniel Mansfeild appointed from Lynn aftor we had shewed to Each other our respective orders for Running the Bounds to Renew the Bounds & marks between the said Town of Boston & Lynn
Wee proceeded to our woork and began at the ancient Bounds Mark Brids Brook where it Runs a Crose the Rhoad and from thence to an heap of stons on a Rock in Bakers feild from thence to an heap of stons by a small walnot tree Markt B:L: in sd Bakers pasture from thence to a small Black oak stump with an heap of stons in a pasture formerly Merriams now in the possession of Jonathan Wait from thence to a Black Oak tree markt BL. with an heap of stons being on a Little hill in Mr Chevers Land from thence to a white oak stump with an heap of stons near a small whit oak tree markt BL: in sd Chevers Land from thence to an heap of stons on a Rock in sd Chevers farm from thence to A white oak markt BL. with an heap of stons in a Little swamp from thence to a heap of stons on a flat Rock from thence to a heap of stons from thence to a Crocthet tree markt BL: in the wall between Chevers & Bordmands Land and so the Line runs across a small Rivulet and to the Door of the hous of the said Bordman which is markt BL: and so through the stack of Chimneys in sd hous, from thence acrose a small brook to a stump of a walnut tree with a heap of stons in said Bordmans feild from thence to a walnut tree markt BL: on the south side of an hill near Mr felts house from thence to a Rock with an heap of stons in Land Calld the 600 acer right from thence to a Black oake markt BL: with an heap of stons from thence to an heap of stons from thence to a tree markt BL: with an heap of stons from thence to an heap of stons near a walnut tree from thence to a heap of stons near a walnut tree from thence to a small red oak markt BL: with a small heap of stons, from thence to an heap of stones on the side of an hill from thence to an old Larg whit oak markt BL: with an heap of stons from thence to the great heap of stons called the three

which was in March Meeting: 1732/3 and sd hous & Land is now purchased by Joseph Bates: Wherefore Michail Bowden John Burriage & Joseph Breed was appointed to Vew the same and make Report to the Town - the above sd Committee made Report to the Town that there may be about fifteen pooles of Land sold to Joseph Bates: Wherefore Voted that Joseph Bates shall have sd Land he paying five shillings pr poole for ye same and the selectmen to Lay out the same

It being Enserted in the warrant for Calling sd Meeting to see if the Town will chuse a committee they or the Majer part of them fully Authorised & Impowered in behalf of the Town to Defend the Caus against the selectmen of the Town of Salem or any other person or persons Impowered by the sd Town Endeavering to make the Widow Martha Pudney Chargable to the Town of Lynn: and to Defend the caus from coart to coart as they shall thinck proper : Untill the cause shall be fully Ended or otherwise agree with such persons as may be chosen or Impowered by the sd Town of Salem for that purpose by Leaving the same to Referance Arbetration or otherwise as the parties may agree: upon which the Town Voted an acceptance of the above written and chose Ebenezer Burrill Esq Richard Johnson Corll Theophilous Burrill Captn Richard Mower and Zaccheus Collins to be the sd Committee
