Milford, March 3, 1952
Pursuant to the foregoing warrant issued by the Selectmen of Milford, the polls were opened at 8 a.m. Precinct Officers appeared before the Town Clerk and were sworn in.
All ballots cast and unused ballots in the precincts and the sealed voting lists were delivered to the Town Clerk March 4th, 1952.
The following votes were cast in each precinct :

Precinct 2. 1384 reported at 1:00 A.M.
Precinct 3. 1274 reported at 1:34 A.M. Precinct 4. 1322 reported at 2:13 A.M.

The Monitors reported 180 members present, a suf- ficient number to conduct a meeting and the Clerk pro- ceeded to read the Annual Warrant and Officer's Return and also the Special Warrant and Officer's Return.
Moderator Curran presented and read Resolutions on deceased Town Meeting Members and the Members arose and stood in silence to pay respect to their fellow members.
Resolution
WHEREAS, this meeting has learned with great regret of the passing of Angus H. Mackenzie, a Town Meeting member of many years standing, a member of the Finance Commission and an active member of many committees of the town and of this meeting, and

WHEREAS, his passing is mourned by all of the community because of the example set by him as a loyal employee, an outstanding citizen, a true Christian gentle- man who faithfully discharged all of his obligations,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
That this meeting stand in silent tribute to his mem- ory, and
Be it further resolved, that this meeting offer its sincere expression of sympathy to his family and that his family be presented with a copy of these resolutions and that a copy of these resolutions be printed in the next annual Town Report.

Resolution
WHEREAS, by the death of Edward R. Glennon, the Town of Milford has lost a loyal servant who gave many years of his life to the service of this community, and
WHEREAS, the community at large has lost the example of a faithful and honorable citizen who served the town efficiently for many years in the School De- partment,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,

It was moved and seconded to take action on the Special Meeting first.
Article 1. Voted: That the town vote to authorize the Sewer Commissioners to appoint a member of the Sewer Commission to the position of part-time Super- intendent of Sewers and that the compensation of said appointee be Thirteen hundred twenty ($1320.00) dollars, retroactive from January 1st, 1952, in compliance with Chapter 41, Section 4A of the General Laws (Ter. Ed.).
Article 2. Voted: That the Wage Study Board of the Finance Commission be instructed and authorized to proceed with the development of a Salary Administration Plan for the Town of Milford pursuant to the Provisions of Sec. 108A of Chapter 41, of the General Laws as amended; and that the sum of Three thousand ($3,000.) dollars be raised and appropriated for same.

At this time Article 1 of the Annual Meeting was acted upon.
Article 1. Voted: To accept the reports of all Town Officers.
The Finance Committee's Report was submitted by Dr. Frank L. Moschilli, Chairman of the Finance Com- mittee.
Article 2. Voted: That the Town vote to receive the report of the Finance Committee and that the Mod- erator inquire if any voter wishes to consider any item separately. Any voter who so wishes shall ask the Mod- erator to remove this item from the report and when this has been done that the town vote to raise and appro- priate the amounts recommended by the Finance Com- mittee. The meeting shall then consider the items to which objection has been made by taking up each item individually.
