Section 1. The annual meeting for the e- lection of Town officers shall be held on the first Monday in March in each year. The polls shall be ofen at sight o'clock in the forenoon and shall remain open until light in the afternoon, when they shall be closed, and it shall be to stated in the Warrant calling said meeting" article II, Lection I, of the By- Laws of the Town of Westborough as amended at its annual meeting held March 21, 1921.
