In the name of the Commonwealth of mass achusetts you are directed to notify and warn the Inhabitants of the Form of Westborough, qualified to vote in elections an town affairs, to meet in the Grange Hall, in Westborough, on monday, the 14th day of march, 1999 at right (8) o' clock in the fore noon, then and there to act on the following articles.


article 1.


To see if the Town will vote to authory the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money in. anticipation of the revenue of the current, financial year, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 44 of General Laws, or act anything thereon.

To bring in on one ballot their votes for the following Town Officers :- Moderator Town Clerk, three Selectmen, One assessor for three years, Collector of Tayes, One O versces of the poor for three years, auditor; Town Treasurer, one member of School Committee for three years, one member of the Board of Health for three years, three Trustees of the public Library for three Years, One Trustee of the Cemeteries for fr years, one Water Commissioner for three years, one Server Commissioner for three years, o Sinking Fund Commissioner for three years nine Constables, and The Warder.
