The undersigned Committee, chosen at the last annual meeting of the Town, to take charge of certain improvements to the Town land, and to

construct a sewer to drain the Town House cellar and land adjoining, respectfully report that they have performed the duty assigned them, so far as the same could be done within the appropriation made therefor, and herewith, -- submit a detailed account of the expenses incurred in said work.
