ART. 44. Voted, To accept that part of Morton avenue not accepted, as stipulated on plan and specifications filed with the Town Clerk.


ART. 45. Voted, To lay on the table, and request the Selectmen to visit the street and report at the next meeting.

Voted, To lay on the table the matter of Article 44 and request the Selectmen to visit the avenue and report at the next meeting.


ART. 46. Voted, That the sum of sixty-five dollars ($65) be appropriated for an auxiliary box in the fire alarm system for the no-school signal, the same to be placed in the Roby School building.


ART. 47. Voted, That the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) be and hereby is appropriated for repairs in interior of school building.


ART. 48. Voted, That the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) be and hereby is appropriated for the erection of a receiving tomb in Riverside Cemetery and that the Cemetery Commissioners are hereby authorized to ask for bids and sign contracts for the same, and the work be let out to the lowest responsible bidder.


Voted, To adjourn at 10.15 P. M. to next Monday evening at 8 o'clock.


ART. 49. Voted, That the sum of fourteen hundred dollars ($1,400) be and hereby is appropriated for the laying out of avenues grading and care of Riverside Cemetery for 1904. .

To Charles A. Blakeley, Constable of the Town of Saugus :


GREETING :


In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Saugus, qualified to vote in Town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, on Friday evening, July twenty-ninth, A. D. 1904, at eight (8) o'clock, to hear and act on the following articles, viz. :


ARTICLE I. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meet- ing.


ART. 2. To hear and act on Reports of Committees.


ART. 3. To see if the Town will authorize the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to hire money and give notes of the Town for the same for the following purposes.


First. For the purpose of paying notes coming due the present year.


Second. To hire money temporarily, not exceeding fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), for one year, in anticipation of the taxes of the year 1904.


And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting attested copies at the usual places seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting and to distribute copies as provided by the By-Laws at least four days before.

ART. 3. To see what action the Town will take to suppress and exterminate the gypsy and brown tail moths and to make an appropriation therefor, not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) to be expended under the direction of the Tree Warden.


ART. 4. To see if the Town will appoint a committee of three to report to the Annual Town Meeting as to the best measures to take for additional school accommodations, or to see what action the Town will take in the matter.
