ART. 44. To see if the town will vote to rescind the action taken at an adjourned session of the Annual Town Meeting held April 21, 1926, under Articles 55, 56, 57 and 58, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of the School Committee.

ART. 63. To see if the town will vote to appropriate the sum of $2,000 for the purpose of constructing a street connect- ing Westford street and Hurd avenue, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of Daniel B. Murphy and others.


ART. 64. To see if the town will vote to appropriate the sum of $1,000 to purchase land between Westford street and Hurd avenue sufficient to allow the location and construction of a road connecting the said streets, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of Daniel B. ART. 65. To see if the town will vote to appropriate the sum of $4,000 for the building and laying of a surface drain to drain the surface water from Saugus Centre and adjoining streets and cellars, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of John J. of taxes, which is advertised for the non-payment of taxes, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of Charles N. Wormstead and others.


ART. 68. To see if the town will vote to commend the Hart Bus Lines, Inc., for the recent acquisition of new busses, and the excellent service rendered to the town, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of Daniel B. Murphy and others.


ART. 69. To see if the town will vote to invite the Boston Elevated Railway Company, through the Board of Public Trustees, to extend her line of service into the town of Saugus for the transportation of all our people, and the travelling pub- lic over the entire Elevated Railway System, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of John J. Mullen and others.


ART. 70. To see if the town will vote to ask the state and county to pay one-third of the reconstruction of Main street from the Wakefield line to Saugus Centre, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of John J. Mullen and others.


ART. 71. To see if the town will vote to appoint a commit- tee of five to investigate the lighting conditions of the town, and to recommend to the next town meeting, or any meeting held in this town, a plan for better lighting system for all streets in the town of Saugus, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of John J. Mullen and others.


ART. 72. To see if the town will vote to appoint a commit- tee of three to draw up resolutions and present to Henry A. B. Peckham of Central street and Frank B. Sloan of Essex street, and one for the records of our government, for a reward of good fellowship in their work of the week of December 25, 1928, the electric displays which made Saugus known throughout the country, or to see what action the town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petition of John J.
