1930]

REPORT OF Committee on Revision of By-Laws

SAUGUS, MASS., JANUARY 26, 1931 To the citizens of Saugus in town meeting assembled :

The Committee appointed under Article 55 of the warrant for the annual town meeting of 1928 for the purpose of revising or amending the By-Laws, reports as follows :

I. The Committee has assumed that its duties were limited to suggesting revisions of the general By-Laws and consequently no action has been taken on the Zoning By-Law or Building Regulations. The Committee recommends, however, that a committee be appointed to revise the Building Regulations and to consider and report on the advisability of adopting By-Laws regulating electric wiring.

2. The Committee recommends the adoption of the Proposed By-Laws for the Town of Saugus hereto annexed.

Respectfully submitted, HERBERT P. MASON, Chairman ELLERY E. METCALF, Secretary RUSSELL CLUCAS HARRY W. MERRILL HERBERT L. ROBINSON

Committee.
