Mullen, now before the House of Representatives to ask the State of Massachusetts to dredge. straighten and deepen the Saugus River for the development of Saugus Marshes to industrial property which would bring millions of dollars in valuation into this Town same as in Everett and other places, or to see what action the Town will take agree- able to petition of John J. Art. 85. To see if the Town will vote to es- tablish in the by-laws of this Town, No person elected to any office by the voters of this Town shall act as counsel before a part of the Gov- eriment or its departments of Saugus, or to see what action the Town will take, agreeable to petition of John J. Mullen and others.
Art. 86. To see if the Town will vote to ask the State of Massachusetts to patrol the Turn- pike and furnish police at the following loca- tions: Coraer of Main Street and Turnpike, Corner of Essex Street and Turnpike, Corner of Felton Street and Turnpike, Corner of Walnut Street and Turnpike, for the safety of our peo- ple and travetling public, or to see what action the Town will take, agreeable to the petition of John J. Art 88. To see if the Town will vote to name the new High School when built Frank P. Ben- nett Saugns High School in honor of one of Saugus' greatest public citizens who represent- ed this Town in State and Town Government for many years, or to see what action the Town will take agreeable to the petition of John J. To see if the Town will vote to in- stall the following street lights: One on Cliff Road; one on Seminole Street; two on Norman Road; one at the junction of Ballard and New- hall Street; and two street lights, one at the junetion of Wolcott Road and Greenwood Street and one at the junction of Wolcott and Guild Roads, or to see what action the Town will take in the matter, agreeable to the petitions of Ver- non L. West, Daley Kusch, Edmund C. Mc- Laughlin, and James Johnson and others.
The polls will open at 12 o'clock noon, and shall close at 8 o'clock P.M., and you are hereby directed to serve thi meeting, and to distribute copies as provided by the By-Laws at least four days before.
