Voted, Article 10. To accept the report of the Finance Commit- tee and adopt their recommendations as follows:


The sum of $475 be appropriated for materials to correct this condition in view of the fact that the Town Engineer has obtained signed sworn easements, which are in his possession.

That upon receiving proper approval from the Commissioner of Corporation and Taxation there be transferred from the Excess and Deficiency Fund of the town to the account of Current Revenue to be used and applied by the Assessors in reduction of the 1936 tax levy, the sum of $7,500. .

That the Board of Library Trustees be authorized to dispose of old books from time to time, by either sale or gift.
