That the Town vote to exchange certain land adjacent to the Public Library on Burrill Street in the Town of Swampscott, for land now owned by the Swampscott Universalist Society, of said Swamp- scott, and adjacent to the church property now occupied by the Public Library, in accordance with a plan drawn by W. W. Pratt, Town En- gineer, entitled "Plan of exchange of land between the Town of Swampscott and the Swampscott Universalist Society," dated Febru- ary, 1940; said exchange is to be made without expense to either party and is made for the purpose of straightening the line between the said property; and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to execute and deliver a proper deed conveying legal title to the said land.

In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said town who are qualified to vote in Primaries to meet in their respective precinct polling places in said Swampscott on Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 1940, at 2 o'clock P.M., for the following purposes:
