NORFOLK, SS. To the Constables of the Town of Weymouth, in. said County. GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid qualified to vote in elections therein, to meet at the Odd Fellows' Opera House in East Weymouth, on Friday, the twenty-

ninth day of June, instant, at seven o'clock and forty-five minutes in the evening, then and there to act on the following articles, namely :-
Art. 1. To choose a Moderator.
Art. 2. On petition of Joseph A. Cushing and nine others : to see if the town will vote to locate the new school house to be built in Ward 2 and authorize the purchase or taking of the lot of. land determined upon, and provide for the payment therefor.
Art. 3. To see if the town will vote to give the committee on new school house in Ward 2, appointed at the special town meet- ing held May 18, 1906, such further authority as may be necessary for the carrying out of the purpose for which said committee was appointed.
Art. 4. On petition of Nelson W. Gardner and ten others : to see if the town will appropriate, or raise and appropriate, the sum of $750 for repairs of highways, or act in any manner in relation thereto.
Art. 5. On petition of James E. Burke and eleven others : to see if the town will vote to pay Thomas F. Brady for labor at the Pumping Station for the years 1903 and 1904, Sunday work.
Art. 6. To see if the town will accept the provisions of Section 28 of Chapter 33 Revised Laws, in relation to impounding beasts on premises of field driver.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting copies thereof attested by you in writing, in two public places in each voting precinct in said town seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town at or before the time of holding said meeting.
Given under our hands at Weymouth, this nineteenth day of June, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and six.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING.
Pursuant to the foregoing warrant, a legal meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Weymouth was held at Odd Fellows Opera House, East Weymouth, on Friday, June 29, 1906, at 7.45 oclock, P. M., the meeting being called to order and the warrant read by the Town Clerk.
Article 1. Hon. Louis A. Cook was elected as Moderator, and the oath of office was administered to him by the Town Clerk.
Art. 2. Voted, That the Committee on New School Building in Ward 2, appointed at the Special Town Meeting, held May 18, 1906, be and hereby is authorized and fully empowered to pur- chase or take, in the name of the town, as a site for said pro- posed new school building, the land in said Ward 2, known as the Dizer lot, Lake street, and to pay the sum of $1,000 for said land from the Forty Thousand ($40,000) Dollars appropriated for said new school building, at said Special Town Meeting of May 18, 1906.
Previous to taking the above vote, Walter L. Bates and George L. Newton were appointed as tellers, and were sworn by the Town Clerk.
The result of the above vote was : Yes, 102; No, 0.
Art. 3. Voted, That this article be indefinitely postponed.
Arts 4 and 5. Motions were made under these articles, but were not carried.

NORFOLK, SS. To the Constables of the Town of Weymouth, in said County. GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid qualified to vote in elections therein, to meet at the Odd Fellows' Opera House in East Weymouth, on Thursday, the eleventh day of October next, at seven o'clock and forty-five minutes, in the evening, then and there, upon the petition of Ed- mund G. Bates and seventeen others, to act upon the following articles, namely :
Article 1. To choose a Moderator.
Art. 2. To see if the town will raise and appropriate, or ap- propriate, the sum of sixteen hundred dollars, and instruct its present Building Committee to expend the same for additional improvements in the rebuilding of the new Town House, or act in any way in relation to the same.
Art. 3. To see if the town will vote to reconsider, or rescind its recent vote whereby it voted to build a new schoolhouse in that part of said Weymouth called East Weymouth, or act in any way in relation to the same.
Art. 4. To see if the town will give any instructions to the Committee appointed to build said schoolhouse.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting copies thereof attested by you in writing in two public places in each voting precinct in said town, seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town at or before the time of said meeting.
