PETITION FOR RECOUNT
of
To the Board of Registrars of Voters of the Town Weymouth:
We, the undersigned voters of Weymouth, represent that we have reason to believe and do believe that the returns of the Election Officers of the said Weymouth, Mass. of the votes cast at the Election on Monday, March 11, 1929 for the office of Assessor for one year are erroneous in this respect; that Harry IS. Bearce was credited with more and Charles P. Reidy with less votes than were actually cast for them; and we believe a recount of the votes in all the Wards of said Town will effect the election of Charles P. Reidy as Assessor for one year. We therefore ask that the votes cast for said office of Assessor for one year as aforesaid be recounted .
