Mr. Callahan moved: That the Town authorize a committee of five (5) consisting of the Chairman of the Selectmen, Allan Emery and three doctors appointed by the Moderator to obtain data relating to location, cost of constructing, cost of maintenance and any other information relative to the construction of a hospital.
Mr. Callahan's motion was declared lost.
The motion of Mr. Field was voted.
ARTICLE 34. Mr. Field moved: No action as the subject matter of this Article has been provided for under Item 44 of Article 1 of this warrant. So voted.
ARTICLE 35. Mr. Field moved: That the Committee be continued.
Mr. Sheehy on behalf of the Zoning Committee moved: That the Town accept and adopt the report of the Zoning Committee including the revised map dated February 1, 1939 and that the said Act be incorporated in the By-Laws of the Town of Weymouth.

ARTICLE 36. Mr. Field moved: That the Town raise and appro- priate the sum of $600. for the purpose of maintaining, during the ensuing year, the mosquito control works as estimated and certified to by the State Reclamation Board in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 112, Acts of 1931.
So voted.
ARTICLE 37. Mr. Field moved: That the Town instruct the Board of Selectmen to accept as a gift a deed of a parcel of land from Wallace D. Cowing situated on the northeasterly side line of Middle Street and containing about 870 square feet as shown on a plan of land of Weymouth, Mass., made by Russell H. Whiting, Town Engineer, August 15, 1938.
So voted.
