All permanent and temporary loans cancelled during the year by the Treasurer have been examined and found to be as reported.
On May first, Auditors from the State Division of Accounts, started an examination of the accounts and records of the town, which was com- pleted early in'October. The previous audit by the State took place in 1939 and 1940.
