Said bonds or notes shall be due and payable in not more than sixteen years. Voted: Unanimously, that the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) be transferred from the Surplus Revenue for General Government in 1941.
Art. 2. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money for Buildings and Grounds by borrow- ing under Chapter 58 of the Acts of 1938 or transfer from avail- able funds.
