As ordered by a vote of the town, the Auditors have exam- ined the several bank books in which the Sinking Fund is in- vested, and find the above report correct.

BOARD OF HEALTH.
The Board of Health respectfully submit the following re- port :
No case of contagious disease during the year has been re- ported. There have been a few cases of typhoid fever, some of these cases originating outside the town.
Where violations of the Rules of the Board of Health have occurred. the persons responsible for their correction have re sponded promptly and cheerfully to the proper notification.
Our water supply, like that from all new reservoirs, during the summer months became offensive and unfit for use. Care and time will correct this, and we have little apprehension that the like trouble will recur.
