Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money not to exceed sixteen hundred ($1,600.00) dollars, under the provisions of Sub-section 21 of Section I of Chapter 371 of Acts of 1921, and any and all amendments thereof and additions thereto for the employ- ment of a nurse through the Harwich Visiting Nurse Asso- ciation, Inc.

Article 77. To see if the Town will accept the Laying out of a Town way at West Harwich, known as Pleasant Road leading from Nantucket Sound northerly to Lower County Road, and the relocating and altering of the same Town Way leading from Lower County Road northerly to Chase Street, as reported and recommended by the Select- men under date of Oct. 16, 1946, and will authorize and instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent domain, in behalf of the Town, the lands or interest in the lands within said layout and relocation and alteration for a Town Way and will raise and appropriate a sufficient ยท sum of money for this purpose.


It was voted-That the laying out of a Town Way at West Harwich known as Pleasant Rd. leading from Nan- tucket Sound, northerly to Lower County Rd. and that the relocating and altering of the same Town Way leading from Lower County Rd. northerly to Chase St. as reported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of Oct. 16, 1946, be accepted ;


That the Selectmen be and hereby authorized and in- structed to take by purchase or eminent domain the lands or interest in the lands within said layout and relocation and alteration in behalf of the Town, for a Town Way : and that $50.00 be raised and appropriated for this purpose. The vote was unanimously carried.


Article 78. To see if the Town will accept the relo- cating and altering of a Town Way at South Harwich, known as Oliver Snow Road leading from Gorham Road in a Northeasterly direction a distance of about Twelve Hundred and Fifty feet, as reported and recommended by the Select- men under date of October 16, 1946, and will authorize and instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent do- main, in behalf of the Town, the lands or interests in the lands within said relocation and alteration for a Town Way, and will raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money for this purpose.

Article 79. To see if the Town will accept the laying out of a Town Way at West Harwich, known as Shore Road,

leading from the land of Edwardina A. Gleason easterly to the land of Henry J. O'Keefe, as reported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of October 16th, 1946, and will authorize and instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent domain, in behalf of the Town, the lands or inter- ests in the lands within said layout for a Town Way, and will raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money for this purpose.


It was voted-that the laying out of the Town Way in West Harwich known as Shore Rd leading from the land of Edwardina A. Gleason easterly to Grey Neck Rd. as reported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of Oct. 16, 1946 be accepted, "That the Selectmen be and hereby are authorized and instructed to take by purchase or eminent domain, the lands, or interest in the lands within said layout in behalf of the Town for a Town Way, and $70.00 be raised and appropriated for this purpose.


Article 80. To see if the Town will accept the relo- cating and altering of a Town Way in West Harwich known as River Road leading from Route 28 to Chase Street, as re- ported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of October 16, 1946, and will authorize and instruct the Select- men to take by purchase or eminent domain, in behalf of the Town, the lands or interests in the lands within said reloca- tion and alteration for a Town Way, and will raise and appropriate a sufficient sum of money for this purpose.


It was voted-That the re-location and alteration of a Town Way leading from Rte. 28 to Chase St. known as River Rd., as reported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of Oct. 16, 1946 be accepted, "That the Selectmen be and hereby are authorized and instructed to take by pur- chase or eminent domain the lands or interest in the lands in behalf of the Town for the Way, and that $12.00 be raised and appropriated for this purpose." This was accepted by a unanimous vote.


Article 81. To see if the Town will accept the relo- cating and altering of a Town Way at West Harwich, known as Grey Neck Road, leading from Route 28 to the waters of Nantucket Sound, as reported and recommended by the Selectmen under date of October 16, 1946, and will author- ize and instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase or emin- ent domain, in behalf of the town, the lands or interests in the lands within said relocation and alteration for a Town
