Article 32. Report of the Board of Public Works on the Relocation or Alteration of the corner of West and Willow Streets.
The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having deter- mined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity require that the public highway be laid out, relocated or altered as and in the location hereinafter described, having complied with all require- ments of law relating to owners of land thereof and of a hearing there- on, and having met at the time and place appointed for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who desired to be heard, have laid out, relocated or altered as a public highway for the use of the town, the corner of West and Willow Streets.
The boundaries and measurements of said public highways as so laid out, relocated or altered are as follows :
Commencing at a point on the Westerly side line of said Willow Street and by land of the said Florence T. Wiberg, said point being S. 64. degrees-37'-50" W., a distance of 52.65 feet from a point of in- tersection of the Easterly side line of said Willow Street with the Northerly side line of Summer Avenue as shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Proposed Changes at the Junction of Summer Avenue, West and Willow Streets", made under date of June, 1931 and approved by the Board of Public Works and filed with the Town Clerk of said Town of Reading under date of August 3, 1931 :
From thence the line runs S. 13 degrees-03'-10" W., by the said westerly side line of Willow Street, a distance of 34.43 feet to a stake at the corner of West Street :
Thence Northwesterly by said West Street a distance of 47.53 feet to a stake at an angle in the wall:

Article 34. Report of the Board of Public Works on the Laying out of Colburn Road.
The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having de- termined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity require the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the location hereinafter described, having complied with all requirements of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who desired to be heard, have laid out as a Town Way for the use of the Town, running North from Forest Street, substantially as, and in location of, the private way known as Colburn Road, the boundaries and measurements of said way as so laid out are as follows :

Colburn Road being a certain street or way in the Town of Read- ing running northerly from Forest Street and bounded and described as follows :
The Westerly line of said Colburn Road commences at a point on the northerly side of said Forest Street, said point being N. 51 degrees -13'-00" E., a distance of 13.34 feet from a stone bound set on the said northerly side line of Forest Street and at the easterly end of a curve, the radius of which is 357.79 feet.
From thence the said Westerly line runs by a curve with a radius of 20.00 feet across land of the Reading Co-operative Bank, a length of 28.59 feet to a point of tangent :
