The Town Clerk will furnish to parents, householders, physicians and midwives, applying therefor, blanks for returns of births as required by law.

SELECTMEN'S REPORT.

To the Citizens of the Town of Wilmington :-

This year, not being able to secure the valuable services of our Superintendent of Streets for so long a time, we tried as an experiment having the Superintendent of the Town Farm also the Superintendent of Streets, and are well satisfied with the work accomplished.

We would suggest that with another pair of horses, and a man through the summer months, a better showing could be made.

The expense of grading and building sidewalks on Middle- sex Avenue was heavy, but the work has been done without any increase of taxes.

We would recommend that a sufficient sum of money to raise and widen the bridge, also grade Church Street near the residence of John W. Perry, be taken from the Street Railway tax.

The total expenditures are within the appropriations.

Respectfully, HERBERT N. BUCK, EDWARD A. CARTER, EUGENE G. SHAW, Selectmen of Wilmington.
