Act No. 336, of 1913, apportioning anew the representatives in the state legislature, was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in Stevens v. Secretary of State, 181/199. The districts as shown in the following tables are in conformity with the last valid reapportionment by Act No. 244, of 1905, and as divided by the boards of super- visors in accordance with such apportionment, following the census of 1904, showing population according to census of 1904 and 1910.
