The carrier stations are open for gen- eral business from 7:30 a. m. to 7:00 p. m. The numbered stations in drug stores, etc., are open for business at all hours of the day and evening.
Collections of mail from street boxes are made from one to twelve times daily, according to schedule affixed to the boxes.
A collection wagon will call for mail at business houses when signalled by card.
Outgoing mails close one hour before departure of train from the railroad sta- tion.
Immediate delivery of mail matter by a special messenger may be secured by affix- ing a Special Delivery Stamp or 10 cents in ordinary stamps and marking it "Special Delivery" in addition to the regular post- age, at any hour between 7:00 a. m. and 11:00 p. m., including Sundays.
The numbered or drug store stations reg- ister letters and issue and cash money or- ders and sell postage stamps and stamped envelopes and wrappers at all hours of the day and evening.
General Information.
Applications for missing letters, papers and packages mailed at Minneapolis for other postoffices, for mail matter that is held for postage, or is for any other reason unmailable, should be made at Room No. 1.
For entry of Second Class Matter or for information concerning the same, and for
by telegraph before delivery is made to addressees, application should be made at Room No. 1.
For stamped envelopes, postal cards, etc., in quantities of 500 or over, application should be made to the Cashier, 2d floor.
For the redemption of stamped envelopes which have been spoiled in directing or printing, apply to the Retail Stamp Win- dow.
