TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF CONWAY QUALIFIED TO VOTE IN TOWN AFFAIRS :
You are hereby notified to meet in the Town House in said town on the second Tuesday of March next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to ret on the following subjects :
ARTICLE 1. To choose a Town Clerk, three Selectinen, . one or more Road Agents, not to exceed three, a Collector of Taxes, Treasurer, Library Trustees, Prosecuting Liquor Officer, and all other necessary town officers. -
ART. 2. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise and appropriate in addition to the sum required by law, for the benefit of the Free Public Library.
ART. 3. To see if the town will vote to raise a sum suffi- cient to pay for breaking roads and snowing bridges, due May 1st, 1904.
ART. 4. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise for the repairing of highways and bridges in addition to the one fourth of one per cent. upon the valuation of the town required by law.
ART. 5. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise to defray town expenses for the ensuing year.
ART. 6. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise and pay to Custer Post, G A. R. of said town, to assist in defraying the expenses of decorating the graves of deceased soldiers, and other necessary expenses of Memorial Day, May 30th, 1904.

ART. 7. To see if the town will authorize the Selectmen to hire, upon the credit of the town, a sum of money not to exceed five thousand dollars, if needed.
ART. 8. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money sufficient to lay a drain from the north- west corner of A. P. Walton lot (Pleasant Street) running southerly by the side of highway to the pond, of sufficient ca- pacity to carry off all surplus water. Agreeable to a petition signed by E. B. Carlton and others.
ART. 9. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money sufficient to purchase drain pipe and lay the same to drain Kearsarge Street in North Conway, from a point near the house owned by Mrs. Thurston on the north side of said street, to drain pipe on Seavey Street, at a point near the house owned by Arthur Russell, a distance of about thirty rods. and instruct the Selectmen to procure and lay pipe as early in the season as the condition of the land will permit. Agreeable to a petition signed by C. S. Leighton and others.
ART. 10. To see if the town will vote to maintain the stone watering trough at Kearsarge Village which has been erected by the citizens of said Village for the benefit of the public. Agreeable to a petition signed by George H. Russell and others.

To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of seventy-five dollars to build a wide snow roller for use on the main road from Center Conway to the Maine Line on the Brownfield road in Dists. 4 and 16, also to see if the town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to sell the surplus small snow rollers now on hand. Agreeable to a peti- tion signed by A. E. Davidson and others.
ART. 12. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise and appropriate to defray the expenses of observing Old Home Week.

end of Conway Village between the residence of Gardner Mer- row on the east and Chas. D. Perkins on the west. Agreeable to the petition of Chas. D. Perkins and others.
ART. 14. To see what action the town will take for the care of the new Town Hall, and see what rules it will adopt for governing the conduct of assemblages therein.
ART. 15. To see if the town will vote to provide a suit- able compensation for a Justice of a Police Court therein, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 211 of the Public Statutes of New Hampshire.
ART. 16. To see what action the town will take in regard to preparing a plan of the Highways, if called for by the State Engineer, under Chapter 133 of Law passed at January Ses- sion, 1903.
ART. 17. . To see if the town will vote to appropriate a sum of money sufficient to hire two disinterested men, with the help of one of the Selectmen, to fix a new valuation and equalize. the same on all real estate in town.
ART. 18. To see if the town will vote to let the upper hall in the Town House.
ART. 19. To act upon any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
