THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.

TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF SAND- WICH, QUALIFIED TO VOTE IN TOWN AFFAIRS : 1


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town House in said town, on the second Tuesday of March next, at ten of the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects :


1. To choose a Moderator to preside in said meeting.


2. To choose a Town Clerk for the year ensuing.


3. To choose all other necessary Town Officers and Agents for the year ensuing.


4. To see if the town will vote that no appointment shall be made of any agent or agents for the sale of spirit for the year ensuing, for said town, as provided in Chapter 109, Sec- tion 6, of the General Laws.


5. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year.


6. To see if the town will vote that the highway taxes shall be paid in money and expended in repairing the highways under the direction of the Selectmen by contract or otherwise.


7. To raise money to make and repair highways and bridges.


8. To raise money for breaking or cutting snow on the road leading to Thornton.


9. To raise money to pay interest on town bonds and reduce town debt. Also to see if the town will authorize the Select- men to redeem bonds with money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.


10. To see if the town will vote to raise money to pay the interest on the school fund note for the year ensuing.


11. To see if the town will vote to raise money for the sup- port of schools in addition to the sum required by law.


12. To see if the town will vote to raise money to defray the expenses of decorating the graves of soldiers, as provided in Chapter 37, Section 4, of the General Laws.

13. To raise money to purchase text-books and other sup- plies used in the public schools, as provided in Chapter 13, Section 1, of the Laws passed June session 1889.


14. To see if the town will vote to appropriate the surplus dog tax for 1890 to the support of schools.


15. To see if the town will vote to pass by-laws to require all persons owning or keeping dogs to pay two dollars for a license for each male dog, and five dollars for a license for each female dog. and affix a penalty of five dollars for the violation of such requirement ; as provided in Chapter 115, Section 8, of the General Laws.


16. To see if the town will authorize the Selectmen to sell any of the school-houses in town. And if so, what ones.


17. To see if the town will vote to adopt the amendment to Chapter 55 of the General Laws in relation to delivering the blank inventories before the 20th day of March, as provided in Chapter 92, Section 1, of the Laws passed June session, 1883.


18. To hear the reports of agents, auditors, committees, or officers heretofore chosen, and pass any vote relatihg thereto.
