The foregoing report contains a synopsis of our financia transactions for the past official year, which we respectfully submit to the inhabitants of Alton.

The public wharf at Alton Bay is 122 feet long by 15 feet wide and cost $424.49. This is said to be the best public wharf around the lake.

We have an unexpended balance of $302.50 of the moth fund which we think will be sufficient to clean the highways the present season.
