SECTION 13. No person shall bathe or fish in Round Pond, situate in the town of Barrington, and used by the City of Rochester as a source of water supply for domestic purposes. And no person shall

boat or bathe in the Reservoir, so called, that is used by the City of Rochester as a source of water supply for domestic purposes ; and no person shall fish in said Reservoir except during the period of time the City Council shall by vote grant permission to the public to fish therein."
Any person violating any provisions of this act shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances incon- sistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.

RESOLUTION TO DISCONTINUE A PORTION OF THE LAYOUT OF THE FARMINGTON ROAD
Resolved by the City Council of the City of Rochester:
In respect to the layout in the straightening, widening, and fixing of the side-line of the Farmington Road which was made on the fourth day of September, 1917,-
That so much of the layout then made, lying be- tween the following termini to wit:
"Beginning on the west side of the old highway at a continuation of the wall on the east side of the highway between lands of Victor E. Page and Frank Calef, thence running by land of said Victor E. Page to a point in the westerly side of the old highway, said point being a continuation of a wall on the southerly side of the Rogers Cemetery, which is on the east side of said highway, be, and hereby is discontinued."
