STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
To the inhabitants of the town of Brookline in the County of Hillsborough in said state, qualified to vote in Town affairs.
You are hereby notified to meet at the Town House in said Town on Tuesday, the Tenth day of March next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects:
Art. 1. To choose all necessary Town officers for the year ensu- ing.
Art. 2. To hear the reports of agents, auditors, committees and other officers heretofore chozen, and pass any vote relating thereto.
Art. 3. To see what sum of money the town will raise for the support of the poor, paying the just debts of the Town, and all other legal purposes for the year ensuing.
Art. 4. To see what sum of money the Town will raise and appropriate for the repairing of highways and bridges.
Art. 5. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the amount of money necessary to secure state aid for the permanent improvement of highways under the law passed at the January session 1905.
Art. 6. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the support of schools for the year ensuing.
Art. 7. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise for the purpose of purchasing text books and other supplies in compliance with Chapter XIII Laws of 1889.
Art. 8. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the expenses of the Brookline Public Library.
Art. 9. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for Memorial Day.

Art. 10. To see what action the Town will take in relation to destroying the Brown Tail Moths and raise and appropriate money for the same.
Art. 11. To see if the Town will accept the Legacy of the late Emily M. Peterson which reads : I give and bequeath to the Town of Brookline, N. H., the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to be held in trust, the income of which so much as may be needful to be used for the purpose of keeping in order perpetually my family lot in the South cemetery, this gift being on conditions that the said Town in accepting it agree to give the lot the same care and attention during the spring and summer months which I have been accustomed to be- stow upon it. Namely a suitable top dressing of fertilizing material once every year and keeping the grass cut and trimmed often as a lawn, using a lawn mower.
Art. 12. To see if the Town will vote to accept One Hundred Dollars from Miss Eliza J. Parker the income to be used for the perpetual care of the Joseph A. Putnam lot in the South cemetery.
Art. 13. To see if the Town will vote to pay $1.75 a day for work on highways or take any action relating thereto.
Art. 14. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for printing the Town History.
Art. 15. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for setting out young trees along our highways.
Art. 16. To see if the Town will vote to raise any money for the purpose of buying tools or implements for use on highways or act and do anything relating thereto.
Art. 17. To see if the Town will vote to raise a sum of money not less than Fifty Dollars for the purpose of cutting brush beside the highway or take any action in relation thereto.
Art. 18. To see what amount the Town will raise for sidewalks and act relating thereto.
Art. 19. To see what action the Town will take regarding observing Old Home Week.

Art. 20. To see if the Town will raise any money to pay the expenses of printing the new valuation of the Town taken in the year 1907 or act anything in relation to the same.
Art. 21. To see if the Town will vote to recind the vote taken March 12, 1907 under article 12 which was to see if the Town would vote to accept One Hundred Dollars from Martha E. Perkins the income to be used for the perpetual care of the Perkin's lots in the South cemetery or act anything in relation to the same.
Art. 22. To see if the Town will vote to raise any money for concrete sidewalks, say how it shall be laid out or act anything relating thereto.
Art. 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise any money to rebuild the plank sidewalk between A. A. Hall's Store and the Post Office with stone or concrete or both or act anything in relation to the same.
Art. 24. To see if the Town will vote to accept One Hundred Dollars or more from Martha E. Perkins, the income to be used for the perpetual care of the Perkins Lots in the South Cemetery or do or act anything in relation to the same.
