To the Inhabitants of the Town of Bedford, the County of Hillsborough, in said State, Qualified to Vote in Town Affairs:
You are hereby notified to meet at the town house, in said Bedford, on Tuesday, the twelfth day of March next, at ten of the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the follow- ing subjects :
Article I. To choose all necessary town officers for the ensuing year.
Art. II. To raise such sums of money as may be neces- sary to defray town charges for the ensuing year, and make appropriations for the same.
Art. III. To raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be necessary for the support of the poor, repair of roads and bridges, for Memorial Day and for any other necessary expenses of the town.
Art. IV. To see if the town will vote to allow a dis- count on taxes ; if so, fix the time and rate.
Art. V. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate fifteen dollars for the care of the clock on the church.
Art. VI. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of seventy-five dollars for the care of the new cemetery.
Art. VII. To see if the town will vote to authorize the selectmen to hire money if needed.

Art. VIII. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the amount of money necessary to secure state aid for the permanent improvement of highways under the law passed at the January session, 1905.
Art. IX. To see if the town will vote to raise and ap- propriate sufficient money to maintain electric lights for the ensuing year.
Art. X. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate the sum of fifteen dollars for the care of Joppa cemetery.
Art. XI. To see if the town will vote to accept one hundred dollars ($100) in trust from Jerome Sturtevant, the interest to be expended on the Sturtevant and Moore lot in Bedford cemetery. 1
Art. XII. To see if the town will vote to accept one hundred dollars ($100) in trust from Margaret A. Kit- tredge, the interest to be expended on the Thomas W. Moore lot in Bedford cemetery.
Art. XIII. To see what action the town will take in regard to James W. Dwire's horse, which he lost on the river road.
Art. XIV. To see if the town will vote to accept one hundred dollars ($100) in trust from Thomas W. Moore, the interest to be expended on their lot in the Bedford cemetery.
Art. XV. To see if the town wishes to paint the town hall, and if so, raise and appropriate money for same.
Art. XVI. To see what action the town will take in regard to the South Bedford cemetery.
Art. XVII. To see if the town will vote to accept one hundred dollars ($100) in trust from Thomas S. Burns heirs, the interest to be expended on their lot in Bedford cemetery.
Art. XVIII. To see what action the town will take in regard to our school tax, whether it shall be separated from the other taxes or not.

Art. XIX. To hear the report of agents, auditors, com- mittees and all other officers heretofore chosen, and pass any vote relating thereto, and transact any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
