TOWN WARRANT.
To the Inhabitants of the Town of Derry, qualified to vote in Town Affairs:
You are hereby instructed to meet at the Adams Memorial Building in said Town on the second Tues- day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon to act upon the following subjects:
1. To choose all necessary Town officials for the year ensuing.
2. To vote to raise and appropriate such sums of money as may be necessary for the support of schools, maintenance of the poor, for laying out and repairing highways, building and repairing bridges, for the suppression of brown tail and gypsy moths, for the police department and municipal court, for hy- drant service and electric lights, for salaries of Town officers, for the Board of Health, for the expenses of the Adams Memorial Building and Town Hall, for State and County Tax, and for other necessary charges arising in said Town. i
3. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the use of Upton Post, No. 45, G. A. R., to defray the expenses of Memorial Day.
4. To hear the reports of agents, auditors and committees heretofore chosen and pass any vote re- lating thereto.

5. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate a sum of money for the improvement of highways in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 4, of Chapter 35 of the Laws of 1905, and pass any vote relating thereto.

6. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate a sum of money for the maintenance of trunk line roads, and pass any vote relating thereto.
7. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the use of the Derry Public Library and pass any vote relating thereto.
8. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the use of Taylor Library and pass any vote relating thereto.
9. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate to sprinkle or oil the streets and pass any vote relating thereto.
10. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and instruct the Selectmen to release and quitclaim to Charles G. Parker its right, title and interest in the real estate of the late Edward T. Parker, and pass any vote relating thereto.
11. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Two Hundred Dollars in aid of the Derry Visiting Nurse Association, and pass any vote relating thereto.
12. To see if the Town will authorize the Trus- tees of Taylor Library to enlarge the library room, add new shelving, and make other necessary altera- tions and improvements and appropriate a sum of money to meet the expenses it may incur, and pass any vote relating thereto.

13. To see if the Town will instruct its select men to make certain necessary repairs to the Adams Memorial Building and to the Town Hall at East Derry, and raise and appropriate such sum of money as may be necessary for the same.
14. To take the sense of the Town as to the ad- visability of enlarging the Derry Fire Precinct by in- creasing its area, or by uniting with the Derry Village District, and pass any vote relating thereto.
15. To see if the Town will vote to purchase ons or more automobile trucks for the use of the high- way department and to raise and appropriate such sum of money as may be necessary for the same.
16. To see what action the Town will take rela- tive to repairing Broadway from Maple Street to the railroad and from Boyd's corner at Park Avenue to the watering trough at Derry Village, and to pass any vote relating thereto.
17. To see what action the Town will take rela- tive to completing that section of the Rockingham Road lying between Fairview Avenue and the Cath- olic Church, and pass any vote relating thereto.
18. To see if the Town will vote to issue its bonds for the purpose of carrying into effect any ac- tion it may take on either or both of the two previous articles; to fix the kind and denomination of such bonds; the time and place of payment; the rate of in- terest and the time when such interest shall be paid; the manner of payment; all to be done in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 129 of the Laws of 1917.
19. To see if the Town will authorize its Select- men to borrow money in anticipation of taxes on the

negotiable notes of the Town, and pass any vote re- lating thereto.
20. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to appoint one or more Liquor Agents in accordance with Sect. 6 of Chapter 147 of the Laws of 1917, and pass any vote relating thereto.
21. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for a sinking fund for the payment of Town bonds and pass any vote relat- ing thereto.
22. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate a sum of money for the purpose of assisting in de- fraying the expenses of the two hundredth anniver- sary of the Town of Derry and pass any vote relating thereto.
23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of Two Hundred Dollars for the purpose of having band concerts for the public of Derry during the ensuing year and pass any vote re- lating thereto.
