Warrant for Town Meeting 1911. STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.

To the Inhabitants of the Town of Tuftonboro in the County of Carroll in said State, qualified to vote in Town Affairs.


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall in said Tuftonboro on Tuesday, the 14th. day of March next, at nine of the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects:


1. To choose all necessary Town Officers for the year ensuing.


2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year, and make appropria- tion of the same.


3. To see if the town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to lay out a highway around "Oak Hill" so called on the road leading from Mirror Lake to Wolfeboro and to raise money for the construction of the same.


4. To see if the town will vote to lower the grade of the hill near the house of Peter Cordeau formerly owned by John Edgery the entire length of said hill and the sand be replaced by some harder material, also the hill (near the house now owned by the heirs of John A. Wiggin) be lowered and treated to some harder material, and that the sum of three hundred dollars ($300) or as much as may be needed to complete said repairs be raised and appropriated for said purpose.


5. To see if the town will vote to grade off the town ! hall grounds and raise and appropriate money for the same.


6. To see if the town will vote to discontinue three hundred feet of the highway leading to the residence of Rollin Jones being so much of said highway as extends from the Easterly terminus of the same to the Westerly line of his lot.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.

To the Inhabitants of the School District of the Town of Tuftonboro, qualified to vote in District Affairs.


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town House in said District on the 14th. day of March, 1911, at one o'clock in the afternoon, to act upon the following subjects:


ART. 1. To choose a Moderator for the ensuing year. . '


ART. 2. To choose a Clerk for the ensuing year.


ART. 3. To choose two members of the School Board, one for one year and one for three years, next ensuing.


ART. 4. To choose a Treasurer for the ensuing year.


ART. 5. To see what sum of money the District will vote to raise for purchasing books and supplies for the ensuing year.


ART. 6. To see what sum of money the District will vote to raise for purchasing school furniture for the ensuing year.


ART. 7. To see what sum of money the District will vote to raise for repairing school buildings.
