8 to 10,000,000 Feet of Pine Lumber FOR SALE.

I have made arrangements to receive from Canada West, from eight to ten million feet of Pine Lumber this season, of different qualities. Twelve hundred thousand feet of the lot is fifteen months old, and the best lot over offered for sale in this market. Most of it is sixteen feet long, woll sawed, and from ten to thirty inches wide.

All of the above Lumber is stacked up within two hours after it is cawed, so that it comes to market in perfect order.

It will be offered for sale by the vessel load, or pile, at a low price, for cash, or notes having a short time to mature, with the interest added.

The Lumber will be received at the Dock, on the Ship Canal, and a lot on the Creek, near the Eastern Railroad Freight Depot, so that it can be easily shipped to any place on the Erie Canal, or by the cars of the different railroad companies leaving the city.

Stucco & Land Plaster, Water Lime &c

Manufactory, 87 Main St. Office, 20 Main St.

The Subscriber is now prepared to furnish, at the Old Buffalo Mill Furnishing Establish- ment, No. 20 Main Street, at the shortest notice, his Centrifugal Feeding, Patent Portable Flouring and Grist Milla, from twenty-four to thirty-six inches in diameter.

The assurances from all to whom these Mills have been sold, more than sustain the most sanguine expectations of their success. The Subscriber has in his possession, certificates and letters from purchasers, going to show their great superiority over every other descrip- tion of Mill now in use, either Portable or Large Stones, both on the score of economy, of power, and quantity and quality of work done, in flouring or grist grinding. The amount of work these Mills are capable of performing is truly extraordinary. The certificates in the possession of the Subscriber, of Mr. White and Mr. Brown, of the Red Jacket Mills, on the Reservation, near Buffalo, show that the regular work of each of the Mills of this descrip- tion, in that establishment, is from thirty to forty bushels corn per hour; and that one of these mills, three feet in diameter, ground, the last winter, in three months, 25,000 bushels of corn, without requiring one cent for repairs. Of the twenty Mills sold last year, not one but has given perfect satisfaction, in every particular, and performed far beyond my recommend- ations
