For authenticating under the consular scal, every protest, declaration, deposition, or other act, which any captain, mas- ter, mariner, or other citizen of the United States, may re- spectively choose to make, the sum of two dollars.


For the taking into possession, inventorying, selling, and finally settling and paying or transmitting the balance due on g 2

The Supreme Court holds Six Terms annually, in fire different districts of the state, viz.


Two in the city of Pinladelphia, for the " Eastern Dis- trict," one of them to begin on the 2d Monday in Decem- ber, to continue 3 weeks. The other on the 2d Monday in March, to continue two weeks, if necessary.
