N OTICE .- Whereas MICHAEL K. LYN and FREDERICK R. BACKUS, of the ity of Philadelphia, merchants, trading under he firm of LYND, BACKUS & CO. did, on he 18th instant, make to the subscribers, an as- signment of all their estate, real and personal, n trust, to pay out of the proceeds of the same all such creditors of the firm whose debts do not exceed one hundred dollars, and afterwards, all such other of their creditors as shall before noon of the 18th day of February next, execute a re- lease of all demands to the said assignors.
