CITY OF PHILADELPHII.A.
Length of the Squares in the City Plot.
An account has lately been published in different papers respecting the size of the squares, which give an incorrect re. rult-stating the distance from Dela- ware to Schuylkill at 4,893 feet. We therefore publish the following ' state- ment, which we believe to be more near- ly correct. The distance on Cedar st. is somewhat greater than on fligh street.
