Rules for reducing the currencies of the different states into each other, and sterling into currency. To reduce the currencies of New-Hampshire, Mas- sachusetts, Rhode-Island, Connecticut and Virgi- nia, into those of New-York and North-Carolina, to the given sum add one third thereof.

To reduce Pennsylvania, New-Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, from the given sum deduct one sixteenth thereof.


To reduce into South-Carolina and Georgia, to the given sum add one sixteenth, and take one half of the whole.
