12. To see what sum of money, over and above that required by law will be appropriated by the town for the maintenance and en- largement of the public library.


13. To see if the town will vote to instruct its selectmen to petition the executive committee of the Orleans County Agricultural Association for permission to join said agricultural association and re- ceive the benefits of the services of county agricultural adviser or agent, employed by said association, and to appropriate such sim of

money as the executive committee of said association shall demand upon the granting of said petition, not to exceed such proportional part of the sum of $120C, as the grand list of the town of Brighton bears to the total grand list of the county of Essex, all as provided in Section 2 of No. 120 of the laws of 1915.


14. To see if the town will vote to avail itself of the provisions of an act to facilitate the assessment and collection of poll taxes as provided in No. 48 of the laws of 1915.


15. To see if the town will appropriate money, and if so, how much, for the proper observance of Memorial Day.


16. To see what sum of money the town will appropriate for the compensation of the fire company, the chief, and horses to draw the fire apparatus.


17. To see if the town will vote to raise a sum of money in ad- dition to the amount now required by law, to take advantage of the State Aid Law, and if so, how much.


18. To see if the town will vote to instruct the school directors to appoint medical inspectors for the school, if so, how many.


19. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise to de- fray the current expenses of the town, for the support of the schools, the support of the poor, the making and repairing of highways and bridges and the care of snow roads for the ensuing year, and to liqui- date its present liabilities.


20. To transact any other business that may legally be transact- ed at said meeting.
