In August 7, 1786 Robert Moore was granted by Larrance Van Buskirk four hundred acres on Buffalo Creek and has since sold said land to his son John Moore and now to better secure the land to John, Robert and Sarah his wife do sell the land to John Moore for four hundred and fifty pounds.
