CLAIMS of the officers and soldiers of Col. Stevenson's Regiment of New York Volunteers, for bounty lands, extra pay and transportation al- lowances.


CLAIMS of the officers and men who composed the California Battallion of Volunteers, under Lieut. Col. John C. Fremont, for bounty lands, ar- rears of pay, and extra pay.


CLAIMS of the officers, petty officers, seamen and marines, on account of additional compensation for services in the naval and revenue service of the United States, in the Pacific Ocean, on the coasts of California and Mexico, from 13th of May, 1846, to 1st of March, 1853, provided for by acts of Congress, approved August 31st, 1852, and March 3d, 1853.

CLAIMS for return of duties paid on merchandise imported into the ports of California after the war with Mexico, and previously to the ap- plication to this State of the Revenue Laws of the United States.


CLAIMS for return of duties paid on merchandise consumed in the fires of San Francisco of 1849, 1850 and 1851.
