In 1903 the Columbian College, the Cor- coran Scientific School and the Graduate School were merged into a single administra- tive division and named the Department of Arts and Sciences. In 1905 the undergraduate work was organized as the Columbian College, except the work in Architecture which was or- ganized into the Division of Architecture. In the following year the engineering courses were placed under a separate organization known as the Washington College of Engineer- ing.


The graduates, during these transition years, are listed under the divisions in which they began or finished their courses.
