Cedar Creek passes through the whole south boundary and other small creeks that aford a sufficiency of water.


I hereby certify that in pursuance of a . contract with Robt. T. Lytle, Surveyor Gen- eral of the United States for the states of Ohio and Indiana and Michigan and the ter- ritory of Wisconsin, bearing date the 23rd day of May, 1837, and in strict conformity to the laws of the United States and the instructions of said Surveyor General. I have surveyed and subdivided into sections Township No. 71, Range No. 9 in the Ter- ritory of Wisconsin.
