Calle of Henniku New Hampshire here at law of Age Riel Carter, late of Pelham, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire in consideration of, or Hundred fifty Dollars ($250. to us paid by George L. with all the privilegier and appartenances thereauto belonging, to the said, quanter, his heures and assigne, to their use and Lehrof french. And we do covenant with the Raid grantee his here and assigns; that we are lawfully seized in fee of the afore-described previste; that they are few of all in wwwfrances; that we have good right to sell and convey the came to the sail grantee in manner afore said; and that me and one heirs will marrent and defend the same premises to the said quanter his Live and assigns, forence, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.

Sterend of Lowall in the Country of Middlesex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts in consideration of Sixty- two 50/100 dollars, paid by Henry () Rose the receipt of which is hereby deknowl- edged, do hereby leave perpetually to said Ldrew, his, her in their designs, The south-west, rine quarter (SV."+) A a lot in the Lowell Cemetery, numbered 1468 lands situated on Path (No. 43 being a portion of the late conveyed to me by the Proprietors of the Lowell Cemetery by deed dated June, 27, A. K. 1884. The portion of said loth leased as above is to be used by Raid Lesue, and his heirs and assigns as a place of burial for the dead; subject, however,

to the conditions, limitations, and corinantes, ands mit all the privilege contained in the originals deed of said lot from the Proprietors of the Lowell, Pastery; it being understood that said Lessee, and his heirs, and aksigns, are to occupy and enjoy all the privileges connected with said lot forever, so far as is necessary to such use of said leased premises, by the Lesser, or his here and assigns, as could he had there of hy mes, if this lease had not hew made.


Provided, Nevertheless, that said, Lessee, or his heive or assigns, shall never underlet said, premises, and any allowpt er to do, by him, or there, shall vacate and determine this lease.
